I. Overview

The Bilateral Program is a scholarship offered by the Chinese Ministry of Education (MOE). It is part of an agreement between the Chinese government and other countries, universities, or international organizations. This scholarship can cover students' full or partial expenses.

  2. When applying for an undergraduate program, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent academic records, and be under 25 years old.

  3. Have an HSK certificate (Level 3 or higher) for Chinese language proficiency.

Submit your application to the organization responsible for overseas study in your home country. Mention Zhejiang University as your preferred university. Note that Zhejiang University does not accept applications directly.

Applications are usually open from January to early April each year. Check with your local education authority for the exact deadline.
